    Audit & plan

    I spend a focused week inside your business, then send you a short plan you can read in fifteen minutes.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    First build

    The most leveraged system gets built and goes live. You see real movement before the first month is up.

  3. Months 2–3

    Compound

    Every two weeks, another system. By the end of the quarter you have a stack of small machines that move your business.

  4. Ongoing

    Stay or step out

    After the quarter you decide. Most clients stay because the compounding is just starting.
