Learn how I think
before I prompt.

A short, founder-friendly training on how to direct Claude Code the way I do — so you can build real systems for your business without learning to code and without hiring a team.

This is not a coding course. It's a thinking course, with a tool built into it.

/ Who this is for

01

You run something — a small business, an agency, a side project — and you feel like you're leaving leverage on the table every week.

You don't want to become an engineer. You want to ship things that make your business work better, faster.

/ Not for you if

  • · You want a tutorial that ends with a polished portfolio piece.
  • · You want to be told which buttons to press without learning to think.
  • · You're looking for “no-code” in the SaaS-stacking sense.

/ What's inside

02

Eight modules. No filler. No tourism.

01

How to think before you prompt

The thinking framework I use before I open a single tool. Most people fail at AI work because they ask for output. You learn to ask for direction.

02

Decomposing a real problem

Take a messy business problem and break it into the kind of steps Claude Code can actually execute. We use a real founder problem you bring to the lesson.

03

Setting up Claude Code (the founder way)

No engineering background. We install, configure, and personalize Claude Code so it knows you, your work, and your tone.

04

Memory, skills, and persistent context

The single biggest leverage shift: teaching the AI to remember. We set up a memory file that turns every future session into a senior teammate.

05

Your first real build

We build something useful end-to-end together — likely an automation for your business — so you finish the module owning a working asset, not a tutorial.

06

When to push back, when to accept

The taste layer. How to read what the AI proposes, when to trust it, when to redirect it, and how to course-correct without starting over.

07

Productizing what you build

Turning a one-off build into a service, an internal tool, or a product. The same patterns I used to turn my LinkedIn rewrite into a paid offer in a week.

08

Staying out of trouble

The handful of things that can hurt you — secrets, billing, broken services — and the boring habits that keep your work safe.

/ Launching soon
